Delete your WarmLine account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time. Here's how, and exactly what happens.

In the app (fastest)

Open WarmLine and go to your Profile.
Tap the menu, then Delete account.
Follow the steps and type DELETE to confirm.

Without the app

Email support@warmlineconnect.love from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with, and ask for your account to be deleted. We'll confirm it's you before deleting anything, and reply within 7 days.

What happens

Straight away: you're signed out everywhere and your profile, reels and stories are hidden.
After 30 days: your personal data is permanently deleted.
Changed your mind? Log in again within 30 days and everything is restored.

What's deleted

Your name, bio, photos and profile video
Your reels, stories, likes, follows and comments
Messages you sent
Your devices, sessions and settings

What we keep, and for how long

Records of payments, payouts and identity checks, and which terms you agreed to, are kept for as long as the law requires (for financial and anti-fraud record-keeping), then deleted. They are not visible to anyone on WarmLine.

If you're a companion with earnings to withdraw, please withdraw them before deleting so nothing you've earned is lost.
